Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the AutoJob browser extension and this website.
What AutoJob is
A browser extension that reads a job posting on a page you are viewing, drafts a tailored résumé and cover letter using an AI provider you select, and fills fields on an application form. It does not submit applications. There is no queue, scheduler or batch mode, and a person presses Submit on every application.
No account, and your content
Using AutoJob requires no account with us. Your résumé, profile, API key and any tracker entries are stored by your browser on your device. What we do and do not process is described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you send
You review every document and every filled form before submitting it. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own employment history and for complying with the terms of the site you are applying through. AI output can contain errors; treat every draft as a draft.
Your AI provider
When you supply your own API key, the request goes from your browser to that provider under your agreement with them, at their prices, subject to their terms and privacy practices. We are not a party to that relationship and cannot control their handling of your data.
Acceptable use
Do not use AutoJob to misrepresent your qualifications or history. Do not use it to circumvent a website’s rules or technical protections. Do not resell, share or redistribute a Pro entitlement, and do not attempt to bypass licence verification.
Pro subscription and billing
Pro is $4.99 per month, charged through Stripe, recurring until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
Pro includes AutoJob Pro AI, capped at 100 tailoring runs per calendar month. If a run limit or an included feature changes, we will say so on this site before it takes effect.
No warranty
AutoJob is provided as is. We do not warrant that autofill will work on every form, that model output will be accurate or suitable, or that using it will produce interviews or offers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Flag LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities or employment outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be dated on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA.
